This 15 minute consultation is a collaborative, non-judgmental call that can help you identify how you can overcome obstacles and achieve your health and wellness goals. We will discuss what your currently struggling with when it comes to your health and wellness routine and I'll offer you personalized solutions. Over the course of your wellness consultation we will: + 1 minute: Introducing myself and my method for client success + 9 minutes: Discussing you and your health questions or needs + 5 minutes: Providing answers and solutions to your health questions or needs Hello, my name is Dr. Tessa Spencer. I’m a licensed pharmacist and certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. And my method to achieving success for my clients is simple. I use evidence-based nutrition, superfoods, supplements and exercise to optimize your health.
